Most recently, I served as Head of Engineering Practices at a UK-based global organization with a workforce of over 4,000, where I led large-scale initiatives spanning product delivery, legacy modernization, cloud transformation, and engineering excellence. This role required close alignment with executive leadership, governance, and long-term platform strategy.
I was recognized as a Global GovTech Champion for delivering customer excellence to public sector clients, an acknowledgment of both technical leadership and execution quality.
Across startups and enterprises, I have led critical technology shifts, such as, modernizing legacy monoliths, enabling cloud-native platforms, and helping engineering teams adopt modern stacks, DevOps practices, and AI-assisted development responsibly.
